Convenient location with a short stroll to a nearby casino. The room is spacious with a vintage vibe, including a coffee table. Enjoyed the outdoor view 🌆.

The location is perfect and magnificent, being very close to the nearby mall, the downtown area, and catering to business needs. The warm breakfast at Cocoa's offers fabulous food.

The thing I do not like about the hotel is you have to pay for parking.

The location was perfect. Staff was great, too. Rooms are very clean.

Refrigerator froze everything. Unfortunately, in spite of the information, no action was taken. Parking was actually very good but very expensive! 32 dollars a day! Price/performance ratio is OK but not the best.

The breakfast had a nice hot selection from Cocoa's, we had an easy check-in, and the room was beautiful, absolutely gorgeous, and included a tub.

Outstanding service from a young man named Wainrad when we arrived and checked in. We were lost and he came with me to our car and accompanied us to the parking lot. He was very attentive and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

The location is fantastic, very close to restaurants, the Rogers Centre, train stations, and a large mall.

The parking is poor and it is cheaper to use the none hotels parking space in the car park.

The place was charming and beautiful, and the friendly staff welcomed us at the Reception Desk.

Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, nice hot breakfast, magnificent location to the conferences. Location near park as well as Rogers Place or other great restaurants around the downtown. For shots visit Fionn Maccool's Irish Pub, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the venue. Impressive rooms, very pleasant team by on duty manager. Nice view from our window.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the view of the mall was a nice touch. I liked the location as we were close to a lot of nice resturants. The mall was handy but did not really visit it. The hotel resturant was nice. Easy to get in and out of hotel.
